Sad Day!

Last Saturday I went to Jusco Kepong to get a pair of glasses for my niece. I went to the ATM machine to cash out money. I wanted to withdraw RM1500 to pay my car loan & also my Singapore trip's fees. What a bad day I had, after i press all the button, the money came out only a few pieces with the edge folded, i quickly pull the money out but sadly only Rm200 i managed to pull out, the rest went back in to the machine. I called the Maybank customer service center to lodge a report, the officer told me because is weekend he can only take down my complaint and only monday they can take action to check the machine. It will take 7 to 10 working days for the bank to refund my money if everything goes on well. I feel so sad, I hope can get my money back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
