My New Job

I had joit this company for 3 weeks as of todate, 24 Jan 2010. This is a new industry to me, education. All the while i'd been in property and event management industries. Now is time for me to adapt myself into the new culture here. What i should say is this new company give me a feeling of semi-govt working environment. everything must follow protochol and procedure. Good thing is not much last minutes thing to rush; lesser stress. Bad thing is my boss always out and she left me in the dark to do thing on my own; attend meeting which I don't know head and tail. Anyway, is a challenge for me, am trying to catch up as fast as I can. Thanks to my previous boss, DPL, who had gave me lots of exposure and challenges, that make me felt that what i'm doing now is just 50% of what DPL had given me to do last time. Other best thing are 5-days work, friday has 2 hours lunch break; the best part is very near my house, i can even go home for lunch everyday! Hope I can 'tahan' the culture here and work long. another thing is i found out my schoolmate, Hui Jak, is the big boss secretary here! What a small world!
